Sleep, read about diabetes, sleep some more, do your yoga, stop eating all that crap. Your eyes are literally swollen with sugar in your blood. If you don’t behave with more exercise (look at the fatty writing this to you) and cleaner food, that swelling can detached your retina !! Ride a real bicycle meditate and speak to G-D more, the more you KNOW that He is with you, the less fear (read as ‘stress’) you will put on your body. If these are indeed The End Times, we will, with G-D’s blessings prevail, if not, we will be taken to join G-D anyway. Win -Win. I pray for a Refuah Shelama for you, a quick and complete recovery. -j

You're right. Been sleeping and reading a lot the past week about diabetes although reading has become a challenge with double vision. I walked 40min yesterday, about to go out for a walk today. Riding bikes is my favorite thing to do and you're also right I should be doing more human-powered biking vs e-bike riding but for now it's neither/nor. With the double vision my balance is off and it's dangerous on the bike until I can get my eyes back into balance. Already shifting my diet but this is a lifetime of habits to readjust in short order so doing the best I can.
